Craig Lielasus, Production Manager
Craig, a 25-year veteran of the contracting business, joined Custom in 1997 as a lead carpenter. He quickly worked his way up to his current position of production manager, where he is responsible for the overall production and quality of our remodeling projects. Craig lives in Ashby, in the house he built, with his wife Dawn and their three daughters. He enjoys camping and hiking during his time away from the office.
Michael Daniell, Project Coordinator
Michael, who joined Custom in 1991, is our longest-tenured employee. After handling several roles over the years, he became project coordinator in 2007. Michael works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure we complete all project phases in a timely and accurate manner. He and his wife Lisa have three children and one granddaughter. They live in Arlington.
Elena Bartholomew, Production & Marketing Admin
A member of the Custom team since 1998, Elena has worked in the administrative field since high school. She grew up in Arlington and continues to live here with her husband Bob. The couple has three children and one granddaughter. Elena has been active in various community programs over the years and is most proud of being a coach and director for the town’s youth softball program.
Brenda MacHarrie, Office Manager
Brenda, who came on board with Custom in 2009, has over 20 years of experience providing a wide range of administrative support in the business world. If you call our office, hers is probably the first voice you’ll hear. Originally from Arlington, Brenda now lives in Woburn with her husband Chris and their two daughters. She loves spending time with her family, baking and hiking around Horn Pond.
Wendy Bricault, Bookkeeper
Wendy, who has worked in the accounting and bookkeeping field for over 12 years,joined the Custom team in 2011. She lives in Woburn and keeps pretty busy rais-ing three daughters and a son. Outside of Custom, she enjoys beading and coaches youth gymnastics.
