At Custom Contracting we really value long-term relationships with our clients. Once you’re in the Custom family, we want to stay in touch – so we mail out newsletters and post blogs. Plus, we want to keep you up to date on what we’re doing and what’s going on in the remodeling industry.  

Of course, as a client, you’ll only want to maintain that relationship if you like working with us and the quality of our work. If we can deliver on those two fronts, then you’ll want to hire us not only for that first project, but for future projects as well. (Our most recent Client Spotlight features a couple with whom we’ve worked on and off for over 25 years — and in two homes!)

Beyond the major remodeling projects, we’re also available to our clients for the smaller stuff. If you need a window installed or a rotting basement door replaced, we’ll be happy to take care of it. And if you have a request outside our scope of expertise (e.g. landscaping), we can refer you to someone in our trusted network.  

Speaking of referrals, if you’re kind enough to refer someone to us, you can be sure we’ll follow up with them right away and service them to the best of our ability. We owe that to our clients.  

Perhaps the main reason we’ve been in business for nearly 30 years is that we appreciate the importance of relationships. We want to be there for all of your home-related needs, no matter how large or small.
